where to catch 黑鱸?

Weather at sea is really bad for the next few days, so I want to visit a 水塘 and try catching 黑鱸.
Could you recommend a 水塘 that is good for 黑鱸?
I would also very much appreciate any tips regarding 黑鱸 fishing here.
