Sydney Inshore & Offshore fishing scene

The summer in Sydney has just truly finished and for this season I have been doing mainly offshore trips in my boat. I have caught more than 20+ yellowtail kingfish and 30+ Mahi Mahi (also known as Dolphin fish). Most of them have been released back into water as I only kept some for eating. I just thought I would share some of the pics and videos for you guys to enjoy. P.S. I will be stopping in HK for two days around September and wondering where should I look for fishing tackles in HK?H7HfIdRddak

There are many tackle shops in HK and depending on what kind of fishing, there are different shops.

Oh sorry I should have mention I am looking into boat fishing gear such as jigging rod. I am mainly just looking for stores that offer wide range of fishing gears with good customer service as I like to chat and find out what's it like fishing in HK.

Then, my personal preference is the fishing shops either in Kwun Tong or in Jordan, both on Kowloon side with MTR stations.

I went out last friday as the swell and wind was okay for offshore and kept four kingfish to make sashimi. Yummy!!!

hey sup mate, im from Sydney as well, i always want to go fishing but i don't know where to go. any suggestion, also is it light jig u doing in the video, is a 6000 reel enough for that ?
