trouty You will have to install flash:bq36 其實Double Haul 唔係要係過程中增加fly line 係空中既長度, 佢只係透過Double Haul 加快fly line既飛行速度, 令其有足夠能量將Fly line 帶去比較遠的距離, 係一個比較高級的技巧.Very useful.:bq26 I have flash installed but I can't even go into the website. Maybe I'm in mainland China there are lots of other websites I can't go in. Sigh.
Here's something about double haul too but in english. Sorry can't find any in Chinese.

very useful for saltwater and if u want to cast for distance. But not an easy technique to learn. Timing of the haul is very important.

trouty I have read sexyloops for a few times already and have not fully understand the casting technique
For the haul, the sequence is "together apart together apart" or "up downup down", when do you feed the line and how?? Thanks This is a bit difficult to describe in words. It can be "together apart together apart" or " up down up down" depending on how you want to look at it. Both are correct. Sexyloop describe more according to Mel Kreiger methods. Try the Lefty Kreh method which actually makes more sense.
Practice with single haul first.
As your rod tip flex at the stop pull with your hand line few inches, as your rod tip stops, your hand line should feed the line back to the rod with your hand line close to the reel. Same for the forward stroke. As your rod tip moves forward and before coming to a stop start the haul pull and let go.
Not an easy technique to learn, both your hands have to coordinate the timing. I'm still learning it and have not master it at all.
Here's some links for your information. Hope this helps.
