唔知你喜歡Fixed spool reel or Multiplies reel,
前幾帖都同你講個, Tournament ISO QD reel- Ti5500 , 390m-15lb 有成20-25拉力, 但你可以用braided 30lb-50lb, 因15lb line = 0.30mm, 而50lb braided大約都是0.32mm,
在英國買都是£400, 或有可能少D,

個鉸我諗住正係用黎釣D 大魚魚. 一般少用, 所以, 諗諗可以唔洗去到咁high quality

其實正如師兄建議，竿我覺得唔使真係特別用好重火，釣大魚主要都是玩拉鋸戰，drag 夠順、線夠多，就唔怕。除非釣點好多障礙物，要用死力扯大纜咁拔上黎，又另計。
唔知你用咩釣法玩？但應該都唔會係假餌吧？ 岸邊用真餌投出去釣浮或打沉底 target 大魚，參考下打石鯛級的架生。
淡水中，日本都有發展巨鯉竿，同石鯛竿設計係好相似。可以講岸邊玩大物無論咩魚都基本是呢個模式，上手竿 + 橫絞。有無睇過 animal planet 哥套 river monster？個鬼佬主持都是咁釣。
round profile 橫絞，應該會比較好的。但如果你已有大型直絞，又一年釣幾次唔想另外投資，就照用囉。
Just remember one thing, you never get what you want! Its not that easy to catch a sturgeon or a muskie. Its all about luck. May be when you buy all your gear you won't even see its tail. May be one day when you go for a largemouth with a medium rod, small spool spinning, you will get a bite. You never know, so just don't think too much. Buy regular stuff for multi purpose, not for a particular fish.
