Oh yeah? Canadian people call it sheepshead though.

I used to catch them in Hamilton. They make the same noise as 星鱸 when out of water.
My friends hate them so much because they virtually will eat anything, when we are fishing for smallmouth bass with lure, they hit it. When we are drifting roebag for steelhead they hit it too. When we are bottom fishing for channel catfish, they hit it as well.

that's why I like them, good size but willing to take everything and fight pretty good.
