Fly fishing for Beginners

"Fly Fishing for Dummies" -This book is excellent for beginners. All you need to know about Fly fishing both fresh & salt water, basic equipments, casting, knots, fly tying, etc. etc. Think you can only order the book on-line.

dummies 我都睇過, 不過我覺得唔夠詳細, 係度我介紹另一本俾大家, 由Creative Publishing International 出版商出既freshwater angler系列既 "Fly Fishing for Beginners". 佢入邊列既野更多更詳細, 圖文兩樣都好多, 價錢比dummies貴d不過好抵睇, 想買既朋友可以上美國ebay, 亞馬遜等網 (ebay 有d 寄international)

u right! sometimes they can be found in wal-malt, i bought my walleye and catfish ones at wal-mart

I suppose you are right with your recommendation if one is staying in the States. More details introduction on "where" to and "how to" fish, and the flies to choose etc.

Dummies - in general is fun to read, easy to understand and not particularly talking about habitants in the States. It's more about general knowledge in Fly fishing.

I have in hand also books about fly fishing in Southern African region which I would not introduce to this forum.

Just my humble opinion, please correct if am wrong.

later this year 2008. It will get a new fly fishing dvd display on tackle shop in Hong Kong. Hoplefully people will learn more from the dvd by the profresional angle to help you to understand.
