Yes, I had 10 surf rods but depend on difference type of fishing to use difference rod. e.g.

Trout fishing - Very fast action surf rod and dose 45yds or more
Carp fishing - Tip action and 2 type of leght 9' /12' and it can cast about 150m long also it can use for anything.
