Sydney Squidding

Hey there guys...this is my first post so take it easy. I'm a kayak angler from Sydney and my parents are from HK. I do regularly go back there to visit my family. Anyhow, yesterday I got myself a cheap budget egi rod and I was eager to test it out so off I went.  It was just a quick session and caught a nice southern calamari on a Yamashita 2.0 natural colour jig.

Yeah there are a lot of sportfishs here in Australia and certainly in Sydney as well. I mostly aim to catch Yellowtail Kingfish within Sydney Harbour during the Summer period and occasionly go offshore for colder periods. Here is what a kingfish looks like (Different to the Americans who refer Kingfish as something else):

Yup.. we have heaps of fishes over here in Sydney so I can't complain if I don't catch any of them LOL
