Cheapest combo u can get:

Rod: Falai Super 360 (i think around 200 in Wanchai)
Reel: Eagle34 (i think 150 in the big chain store)

筏44 is ok to use

Paying a bit more can get you something better already...but that's the cheapest combo that i can think of
