漁獲標籤 + 放生 Fish Tagging

其實我地可唔可以搞個標籤計劃，等大家釣倒魚之後，可以幫佢釘個特別訂製o既Label，然之後放生？

唔知爆叔可唔可以為各會員訂製批Label，每個label上面都有獨一無二o既識別碼，同埋魚樂網o既網址。(網上外國係有得訂o既，有唔同大小尺碼，大魚小魚都啱用)

咁大家釣倒魚之後，可以影相留念、度尺磅重、記錄釣點、日期時間、釣餌等等......釘埋個label之後就可以放生。

爆叔可以搞個資料庫，俾大家番屋企上魚樂網輸入label o既識別碼同有關漁穫資料，以後如果有人再釣番條魚就可以上黎再加資料。

好似人地研究海洋生物果d都係咁做，十年、廿年之後，就會係一個好有價值o既資料厙。

咁樣希望可以鼓勵倒更多人catch release。

其實放生就一定support, 但個人覺得無謂係佢地身上做d 傷口同加個tag 丫.  
我都ng想有人幫過我之後要我日日 mae 住個牌四圍行...
而且要放生gae人跟本ng會理有冇tag都會放, ng想放生gae人有冇tag都ng會放
至於有價值o既資料厙..我對可行性同持續性都有保留.

but where to get the funding for a huge project like this?
tonnes of research need to be done on the size of the tag, the shape of the tag, the weight of the tag, the position of tag on the fishes....
it will at least takes few years of research on these stuffs, before u can really tag a fish in the wild...
where all the money comes...

I know...
people in my uni using this technique studying the distribution of Kingfish in south australia too...

but which fish species we going to tag...
which is the best tag for that species...
we need to consider all these factors...
it is not as easy as buying the tag and tagging the fishes...
if wrong tag is used, it would affect the survivalship of the fish, then the result would become meaningless...

so I would say this only can be achieved with the co-operation of uni and gov in hk, it is quite impossible to be done by web group...

師兄你講得有道理，一睇就知你係做學術o既讀書人。

但係萬事太多顧慮就即係唔使做，尤其係諗住等香港政府。
先鋒之所以係先鋒，係因為佢地唔怕失敗、唔伯錯，勇於嘗試，而唔係因為佢地乜都識。

你嘅提議,我個人會分幾方面睇......
一D有用嘅用釣魚相關數據庫,我絕對係支持建立,
不過我就唔係諗住用打Tag嘅方法獲取數據,
我強調,唔係否定打Tag嘅作用,
如果用在生物科學研究上,呢個方法已沿用左好耐,
例如研究綠海龜成長,迴遊產卵等....方面,
但用在一般釣魚活動,我個人唔係好贊成,
呢種方法始終加左D異物於魚身上,
如要推廣,即係鼓勵人人去做,
學術研究上又唔同,一定唔會大量咁做,
而且亦只係選擇性同懂得處理情況下去做!!
我再強調,如要獲取一D同釣魚有關數據,
或鼓勵多D人實踐Catch & Release,
個人覺得,仲有好多方嘅,
香港人有個通病就係要威.....
我怕鼓勵打Tag,到最後個Tag就只有釣手個名,
其他資料....哈哈哈哈哈...可能咩野都無...
如要借用呢D方法,究竟係咪好事.....希望大家諗一諗!!

Agree with Naobao, in BC Canada we inject micro chip into some species of fish  which will be performed only by the professional fishing guide.

All fish caught will be scanned with a scanner provided by govt. If it was tagged, data including the new measurement of the fish will be recorded manuely for further studies.
