行o左個晨運........7點幾去大埔d釣店諗住買蝦仔再搭巴士入東涌，點知幾間都賣晒 ，咁熱咁曬捉蟹仔會死人，又唔知東涌碼頭果間有冇蝦，去到先冇米好慘 一於返歸開冷氣再訓過 ...

Yes!! The bait shop at the pier opens at 6 am and I could always buy shrimps there...10 dollars for 1/16 斤 and 48 dollars for 1/2 斤......but the boatman won't do business until 8am....

Yes...as far as I remember....but it was always opened when I get there by 7am...

chw師兄,
下次直接去東涌碼頭買餌啦.
果樹 always 都有蝦賣.冇蝦都有蟲,
至於蚧仔,如果潮水配合嘅話東涌有兩個地方有供應,
一個係消防碼頭後面..另一個係東涌舊碼頭側邊..
希望幫倒你.....
btw.,東涌我玩咗幾次..

多謝師兄提供，東涌捉蟹仔我都好知"定"架，我上墩一真都多數用蟹仔，少用生蝦，不過今日太曬唔想去捉。
