You can either join the fishing tackle shop's fishing tour or setup a tour yourself and
ask some friends to share the fee.
My friends book a ship one time almost every month in this summer.
We share the cost each other equally. I think it's better beco's all are friends.
Hope you can enjoy the big fish fun!

Do you know if you want to go by speed boat or big fishing boat? Overnight or day trip? Also, can you speak Chinese?

If it is the first time for you to go to the oil field, my recommendation would be to join some professional guided tour. There will be many things you need to learn/becareful about. Going with friends will probably be more fun, but they probably will not be able to take care of you like the professional guide could, especailly when problem arised.
